Our cool as anything new LOBSTER SHIRT DRESS is a GREEN & WHITE striped full length shirt dress with an optional fabric tie and funky little lobster on the breast pocket as well as the back.

Cotton/Linen Blend Fabric Care Instructions:

Washing:

• Machine wash the fabric in cold or lukewarm water with a mild detergent.
• Use a gentle or delicate cycle to protect the fabric's integrity.
• For smaller pieces, hand washing is also an option. Gently agitate and rinse thoroughly.

Drying:

• After washing, remove promptly from the washing machine to minimize wrinkles.
• Air drying is preferable to preserve the fabric's natural texture and prevent shrinkage.
• If tumble drying, use a low heat setting to avoid excessive shrinkage.

Ironing:

• When ironing, use a medium to high heat setting, but be cautious with linen content, which may require lower heat.
• Iron the fabric when it's slightly damp to ease out wrinkles effectively.
• Use steam as needed for stubborn wrinkles.

Storage:

• Store Cotton/Linen blend fabric in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, to prevent color fading.
• If you have rolled pieces of fabric, store them flat to prevent creasing.
• Ensure proper ventilation to prevent moisture buildup, which can lead to mildew.

Caution:

• Avoid using bleach or harsh chemicals that can damage the fabric's fibers or affect its color.
• Separate colored and white fabric during washing to prevent color bleeding.
• Check the care label or any specific care instructions on your fabric for tailored care recommendations.

If you are not completely happy with your SHE STREET purchase, we will happily issue a credit voucher if the item is returned within 30 days of receipt. We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Please note that all FINAL SALE purchases are final. There is no return on FINAL SALE items.

We have a user-friendly Returns Portal where you can lodge your return. The link to this can be found at the bottom of the steps.

STEP 1 - Click the LODGE A RETURN button at the bottom of this page (once you have read all the following steps and the below terms and conditions).

STEP 2 - Enter your Order # and Email address (or Phone number) associated with your order.

STEP 3 - Select the item(s) you wish to return and choose the reason for your return.

STEP 4 - Next, select the option to receive your Store Credit.

STEP 5 - Shipping Instructions will be shown once you have submitted the above information. Once your return request has been approved, you will receive an email authorising your return. Please then post your garment(s) as per the emailed information.

STEP 6 - Once we receive your garment(s), we will check and confirm (usually within 2-4 working days of receiving), and you will be sent your Store Credit.

RETURNS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By processing a return through the application below you are acknowledging and agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

To be issued a Credit Voucher, please ensure that your item(s) are in their original condition and the original labels and swing tags are attached to the garment. Please note that garments returned with the smell of cosmetics, perfume, deodorant, washing powder, or other odours will not be accepted.

All returned items are inspected on receipt and, if not in their original condition, will be returned to the sender.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend that you return your item(s) with tracking and that you keep a copy for your records. Please note that return shipping is at your expense and SHE STREET does not issue credit for shipping costs (unless faulty).

Your credit note will be sent to you via email usually within 3 days of receipt.

• Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used in multiple transaction.

• Your store credit is for the item value only and does not cover shipping costs.

• Your store credit is super versatile and can be used in conjunction with any other discounts or SALES we have on offer at that time.

Exchange

Unfortunately, due to the fast turnover of stock and separate warehousing, we are unable to set styles/sizes aside. Please use your credit code to purchase your exchange. Please note that the shipping fee will be at your expense.

Faulty Items

As per the ACCC guidelines, in the event you have received a faulty item, we will replace the garment for you ASAP. If we are unable to replace the item, we will refund the purchase.

Faulty return postage costs will be covered by SHE STREET.

• Please ensure the item/s is unworn & clean with labels attached and in a sellable condition.

  • Return postage is at your expense. Make sure your order is sent via a secure methods of post, as we cannot offer any reimbursement until we have received the item/s.
