Any exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Store credit must be used within 3 years of issue. Items must be returned in original condition with tags still intact.
Return postage is at your expense. Make sure your order is sent via a secure methods of post, as we cannot offer any reimbursement until we have received the items.

Make sure the item/s you are returning have been received within the past 14 days.
Please ensure the item/s is unworn & clean with labels attached and in a sellable condition.

Once the item/s have been received on our end, we will email you your credit note code which is then valid for 3 year – we will send you this code via email.
THINGS TO NOTE IF RETURNING
We cannot offer refunds unless the item/s is damaged due to a manufacturing fault, if this is the case please let us know in your return email.
