Cotton

Fabric Care Instructions:

1. Washing:

   • Machine wash in warm water with similar colours.
   • Use a gentle detergent to preserve the fabric's softness and colour.
   • Avoid washing with abrasive materials or items with sharp edges that can cause pilling or damage to the fabric.

2. Drying:

   • Tumble dry on a low heat setting or air dry flat to minimise shrinkage and wrinkles.
   • Remove the garments promptly from the dryer to prevent excessive wrinkling.
   • If air drying, reshape the garment while damp to maintain its original shape.

3. Ironing:

   • Iron on a high heat setting if necessary, depending on the garment's thickness.
   • Use steam to help remove stubborn wrinkles.
   • Iron the garment inside out to protect the fabric's surface and avoid shine.

4. Storage:

   • Store cotton garments in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
   • Fold garments neatly to prevent creasing and maintain their shape.
   • Avoid hanging items for extended periods as this can cause stretching.

Caution:

• Avoid using bleach or harsh chemicals as they can weaken the fibres and affect the fabric's colour.
• Do not wring or twist the fabric excessively during washing as this can cause stretching or distortion.
• Always refer to the care label on the garment for specific instructions and recommendations.

If you are not completely happy with your SHE STREET purchase, we will happily issue a credit voucher if the item is returned within 30 days of receipt. We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Please note that all FINAL SALE purchases are final. There is no return on FINAL SALE items.

We have a user-friendly Returns Portal where you can lodge your return. The link to this can be found at the bottom of the steps.

STEP 1 - Click the LODGE A RETURN button at the bottom of this page (once you have read all the following steps and the below terms and conditions).

STEP 2 - Enter your Order # and Email address (or Phone number) associated with your order.

STEP 3 - Select the item(s) you wish to return and choose the reason for your return.

STEP 4 - Next, select the option to receive your Store Credit.

STEP 5 - Shipping Instructions will be shown once you have submitted the above information. Once your return request has been approved, you will receive an email authorising your return. Please then post your garment(s) as per the emailed information.

STEP 6 - Once we receive your garment(s), we will check and confirm (usually within 2-4 working days of receiving), and you will be sent your Store Credit.

RETURNS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By processing a return through the application below you are acknowledging and agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

To be issued a Credit Voucher, please ensure that your item(s) are in their original condition and the original labels and swing tags are attached to the garment. Please note that garments returned with the smell of cosmetics, perfume, deodorant, washing powder, or other odours will not be accepted.

All returned items are inspected on receipt and, if not in their original condition, will be returned to the sender.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend that you return your item(s) with tracking and that you keep a copy for your records. Please note that return shipping is at your expense and SHE STREET does not issue credit for shipping costs (unless faulty).

Your credit note will be sent to you via email usually within 3 days of receipt.

• Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used in multiple transaction.

• Your store credit is for the item value only and does not cover shipping costs.

• Your store credit is super versatile and can be used in conjunction with any other discounts or SALES we have on offer at that time.

Exchange

Unfortunately, due to the fast turnover of stock and separate warehousing, we are unable to set styles/sizes aside. Please use your credit code to purchase your exchange. Please note that the shipping fee will be at your expense.

Faulty Items

As per the ACCC guidelines, in the event you have received a faulty item, we will replace the garment for you ASAP. If we are unable to replace the item, we will refund the purchase.

Faulty return postage costs will be covered by SHE STREET.

• Make sure the item/s you are returning have been received within the past 14 days.

• Please ensure the item/s is unworn & clean with labels attached and in a sellable condition.

  • Return postage is at your expense. Make sure your order is sent via a secure methods of post, as we cannot offer any reimbursement until we have received the item/s.
