Different fabrics = slightly different needs.

COTTON TOP (T-Shirt Fabric)

Washing

• Cold machine wash

• Turn inside out

• Wash with similar colours

• Mild detergent only

Drying

• Line dry in shade

• Can tumble dry on low (but line drying keeps it fresher longer)

Ironing

• Warm iron if needed

• Avoid ironing over prints

POLYESTER PLEATED SKIRT (Plissé)

Pleats are heat-set, but they still need gentle love.

Washing

• Cold gentle machine wash

• Use a laundry bag if possible

• Do not overload machine

Drying

• Hang to dry immediately after washing

• Gently reshape pleats while damp

• Do NOT tumble dry

Ironing / Steaming

• Do not iron directly on pleats

• Light steam only if needed

• Keep heat low to protect the pleat structure

🚫 Avoid

• Bleach

• Harsh spin cycles

• High heat drying

• Twisting or wringing the skirt section
